I have had the worst experiences with your service. The representative are not customer friendly, they don’t follow through with their customer, never return calls. Had my vehicle for over a month and still didn’t complete the work as parts were on back order. Had to have the vehicle towed back to Ford the very next day, as it broke down on my way to work…six months later.. no one will return my calls regarding back ordered parts, finally after going in and complaining to management.. parts are in stock.. surprise.. Horrible customer service
