My recent visit to Norm Reeves Ford was disappointing!!! First con was the price of the works service package , I had a coupon of the works advertised on the website for $79 normally $89 but it was $10 off till the end of the month plus sub charges for model . I have a focus rs oil shouldn’t be a lot more besides a few bucks but idk how they ended up charging me double the price at $170 WTF!!! Did they put golden oil?? Ivan used to take good care of me there every single time!! Now he’s gone and my experience went downhill! My second complaint is they are stating my car has a coolant leak ! My cars coolant leak is pink I had just taken my car to the wash and the wax is pink , technician is just going by the color of the fluid but not sure if it’s leak! Running a diagnostic for a coolant leak don’t take long my car has gotten it done before but they wanna keep my car for two days FOR JUST A COOALNT LEAK. I know the procedure takes now genius to know!! I been going to Norm Reeves for over 8 years maybe more but sad to say this will my last and I will be taking my car to another ford dealer I have in mind for a second opinion on the radiator/coolant leak ..
