The team was unable to find the cause for my vehicle not starting. My car had been left for the team over the weekend, so I was expecting a call to update me on Monday, but it never came. To the best of my knowledge they did repair a previously identified issue. At first, I was told that my battery passed the testing. Then I was told it was failing. That just doesn’t make sense to me. I appreciated the discount that was given. Unfortunately, it took 26 minutes for them to find my key and bring my car out to me once my account was settled. This resulted in me missing my cousin’s first wrestling match of the day. It was very frustrating. All of that said…Richard was helpful and courteous. I do feel that he did all that he could to help make my experience a positive one.

Door handle and door panel(mostly handle) was scuffed up and dirty. Somewhere along the lines someone got wrong repair info in which delayed the correct issues that needed to be looked at. Oscar did his best to get the stuff taken care of and get it availble to pick up before I had work the next morning staying late to take care of it.
