The specific service I took my vehicle in for was not completed. No follow up during the day - I had to call to get a status at the end of the day & remind the representative to return my vehicle (valet service). Poor communication and service.

This truck is having many issues with the electrical/computer system. I report problems, then when the technician can’t replicate the problem, I am told that Ford does not wish to start replacing electrical components because Ford did not want to throw money at the problem. I find this position taken by Ford as very anti-consumer.
