I'm not satisfied because why would I be satisfied when nothing was done to my car since it's been there.and why would you say it's been served when they said that they that hadn't got the part yet to fix my car.i went and picked up my car because I didn't want to be with out a car over the Holiday.and they said when that part comes in they will call me .so how can you tell me that my car has been fixed. From that turbo oil leak.

Lack of communication with service writer, did not know what was being done to vehicle, called multiple times and could not talk to anyone, and we wanted more information on why the repairs were made and what else would be cover under the extended warranty. When going to pick up the vehicle no one helped us, waited around for 15 minutes and had to go to the sales side to get helped. Poor communication and lack of quality service.

Ricardo was very pleasant and professional in processing my vehicle service that I needed. He kept me well informed on the progress. Also an additional part was needed that was not in stock and ordered it. Although he indicated it may take a few days to get the part, and he would contact me immediately when it arrived which he did. Ricardo gave me the option of when I could return to have the part installed at which time the vehicle was completed in a reasonable time. He arranged picked for me to return to the dealership at that time. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service repair.
