I chose I was satisfied because Joseph did a good job helping me. But I was disappointed that when I called to schedule the appointment I explained all the reasons I was brining the vehicle in to the scheduler, but when I arrived the service dept was not prepared to assist me with them- only the oil and filter change.

Why do have NO a coffee for your customers. Makes the Dealership look really cheap. Like we are not worth the price of a cup of coffee. Also last time I was in the Dealership washed my truck this time they did not also you did not leave a date and mileage reminder for next service on my windshield. Communication wasn’t clear nor detailed. Over phone, app, paper work nor in person I had to ask for information to be given and advisor did help providing me with some information yet verbal and printout given does not provide detailed information so I will need to call for a detailed information. For example, it would be helpful to be educated on a recall inspection performed that states vehicle needs inspection yet returned notes state :”Inspect toe link to knuckle connection. Vehicle is not equipped with rear toe link ball Joints on either rear knuckle”. Does this mean car didn’t even need to be inspected bc not applicable? Car needed to be inspected to find out car is not applicable ( doesn’t apply to my car) ? Or my car should have these parts but are completely missing? And wouldn’t ford dealer know if a vehicle should or should not have these parts or if a recall applies to a specific model/year vehicle?! Clear communication, transparency and honesty is important to a customer for reoccurring service, trust & safety of vehicle.

Service advisor was great! However, It shouldn’t take 2.5 hours for an oil change. That’s been my experience every time I have come in. My appointment was at 7. I was there at 6:40 and no one in front of me. Why does it take 2.5 hours? Car was fine at 9:30. I feel it’s just ridiculous for it to take so long.
