I don't understand why you offer coupons for oil change/works and then say no it doesn't apply to your car. It should state that on the coupon that it is for specific vehicles. Then I was told after I paid that I could of used it but he didn't change it.

Mr. Wilson treated me as though he has known me for years. If more employees treated customers that way, bringing in a vehicle wouldn’t feel like a hassle. I don’t have high expectations bringing in a vehicle to any dealership, because of personality, wait time or an aftermath of a simple oil change. So, when I’m greeted by a person like Mr. Wilson, it gives a glimmer of hope the experience of service can be hassle free.

I won’t ever come back to Norm Reeves again.. This wasn’t the first time I had a bad experience with the service department. I explained my Lincoln Navigator wouldn’t start yesterday morning at 7am as I’m on my way to Lake Tahoe for Xmas holiday. I jumped the battery but their a few errors still showing like abs system. I was told that it needs to be hooked up to the diagnostics machine. Without an appointment it could be later that day or potentially into next day. I never heard of status so I called 2pm following day. No call back so I called another shop to get it fixed at 4pm. I called to state I just wanted my car back and all I was told was I still don’t want the diagnostics? The other shop had my car fixed in 45mins with a new battery. Paying a $100k car but getting a Ford Fiesta service. I’ll never buy another Ford because of the very low quality of service I’ve received from Norm Reeves!!

My service provider, Crystal Lopez was great. The diagnostic policy was more rigid than I expected. I was told there's a separate fee for diagnostics not included in the total service charge regardless of the price of repairs
