Well, I brought my car in washed and it was returned dusty. The oil life on my ford app hasn’t reset and is still showing an 11% oil life span. Now my car has this rattling sound that it didn’t have before I brought it in. I am concerned.

After informing the team that the interior of the vehicle was not cleaned as discussed, they picked up the vehicle the next morning and assured me they would make it look new. Upon receipt of the vehicle, it was apparent that they vacuumed the carpets and weather tech floor mats, but did not clean the console (smudges all over and a straw wrapper was in the cup holder). The white leather on the steering wheel was considerably darker than when the car was initially picked up, despite being told they would clean the leather and the seats. The door jams were still dirty and there was dust all over the steering column.
I told the representative that it was being cleaned for my wife's birthday, so I appreciated extra detail and expected it to be executed as described to me.
I am disappointed because the service for picking up the car and the mechanical service has been excellent. Galpin and Southbay also delivered on those aspects, but when they told me they would clean the car and detail the inside, it looked almost brand new. This is what I was told to expect when we purchased the Black Label package.
