Francisco did the best that he could given. My car situation took about two months to finally get it all corrected. Since I don't know what his workload is. I don't want to speculate anything or infer anything wrong. I could only suggest that the communication back to the customer could do some improving.
But like I said, I have no idea of the workload that. For lincoln puts on their wrapso hard to say, but overall he did the best that he could keep in the situation.

They did the recall update after which the number in the speedometer and the cruise control no longer worked. I dropped the car back off on Monday to have them look at it and repair it. It is now Thursday at 1:14 PM and I do not have an answer about the status of my car, I asked for it to be returned no later than noon on Thursday. I have a call out for Francisco but he hasn’t returned it. I have received no status update for the entire three days.
