Oscar did not give me a call the entire 4 days the car was with him. I had to track him down on a daily basis to get information. He never answered the phone and called me always in the late afternoon when it was too late to make any decisions. He gave estimates that were vague and provided no details as to the figures he was quoting us. Needless to say we will never work with Oscar again and his performance should be seriously reviewed by the company.
