We received the best service from Joseph. We also like how you have separated the vehicles that need simple, quick service. Other vehicles that require more detailed repairs are separated which treats each individual vehicles needs that may require extra time. I made an appointment for 11:30 oils change. I waited an hour and half, then went to check on status. The car did not move. Service attendant stated mechanics were on lunch and going to school.
Long story short it was finished at 2:30. The oils change took 3 hours to complete. This is completely unacceptable.

I arrived at 7.10am for a 7.30am appt. One of the hosts asked me why I was there and I told her it was for service oil leak and it needed a “diagnostic”. She put a no. 3 on top of my car and sent me to a different line. A little while later somebody else came to me and looked my appt. up on line and told me I was in the wrong line. She apologized and told me to go to another line and then a no. 7 was put on my car. I told another person that I had an 7.30am appt. And that I did not want to wait now for 6 more people to be seen before me for something that was their error. He told me that the other 6 had already been entered into some system (or words to that affect). I was very frustrated and not happy at all. I told him it was not acceptable and to please get it sorted out. That person went into the office and Daniel Sanchez came out to see me immediately. He was empathetic and apologetic. He was professional, handling my case efficiently and called me a Lyft to get me back home. Daniel kept in touch with me via text to update me. I was in N.J. During this week. On my return I was able to pick up my car that was waiting for me. Seamless, smooth and efficient pick up. Thank you Daniel. I understand mistakes happen, I know the host felt bad for her mistake. Things can be rectified, and if that were to happen again, perhaps the host could speak to somebody first to see what position to put the customer to save all the upset that happened to me.
