I think Richard was more than adequate. I don’t like the policy that Ford has where they will replace the front struts under extended warranty, but not the rear shocks. Both units are part of the suspension, but Ford doesn’t want to pay for the shocks.

Rudy is a real gem at Norm Reeves Ford. I need to understand quite a bit before making a decision to purchase the tires that I did from Norm Reeves. It was a Saturday and although it was very busy, Rudy was patient, helpful, went the extra step to make I had all my questions answered and that I understood what the options were. One of the last things I'll mention albeit was the first thing I encountered, was Rudy's smile. He greeted me with a smile along with "How can I help you". That was welcoming and friendly which I value in customer service. It was great experience from start to finish!

It is really noticeable that here seems to be a philosophy of team work in use, in action, somewhat " your friendly neighborhood mechanics service", I guess that, in this time when everything is "programmed, policied", is something we people considers like the "light at the end of the tunnel" .
