I told them not to do the trans service and it was done anyways I was then forced to pay for it not at all happy and will never come back.

Rafael and the service manager really did step up when things needed to get done and figured out on my truck. I wasn’t happy how they started out and how they weren’t going to initially get to my truck and try to figure out the problems and issues I had. Also 3 full days ,seeing as my appt was at 830am, should be plenty of time to get things done on my vehicle. I have never had issues like this before of wanting it for almost a week. So that wasn’t very acceptable. But they stepped up and got it taken care of. After spending this much money on my first Ford my expectations are that everything is top tier and the highest quality.
