They werent able to locate the right key for 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII to make a spare , they told me to try a lock smith to she if they can clone the original key ?????

I was unable to get my tires rotated because one lug nut broke. I asked the service agent to put another lug nut, in which did but he refused to rotate my tires. Tire rotation was part of your promotion.
