I paid $3125 to your dealership a few months ago for a maintenance plan that explicitly covered change of coolant in the brochure Mr. Mendes gave me when selling me the plan. But you charged me over $200 for your mechanic's recommended radiator flush. My service Advisor told me it is only covered at 200,000 miles and my car only has 30,000 miles. That is completely unreasonable and amounts to fraud, as it contradicts your brochure.
