Rudy was excellent. Best interaction I have had with any employee at this dealership. We had a Lincoln MKX that we brought in for a few years and to day the lest I had wrote a couple bad reviews. Wouldn't mind dealing with Mr Wilson every time I have to go there. Very friendly and straightforward about time and even informed me of recalls. Which 1 was dealt with.

The employee moving my truck did a burn out right in front of me and the service manager. In addition I waited 4.5 hours for the oil change and service. I am a loyal customer, I purchased my truck there, I only have it serviced there and this is how you repay my loyalty? The service manager offered a free service and detailing next time but how can I trust you employees? Maybe next time they will take my truck for a joy ride and do donuts ???? Sorry to say I’ve lost all trust in your dealership and most likely will never return or consider purchasing a new vehicle there.
