Crystal was fantastic! I have been dealing with these recalls for almost a year. Crystal was accommodating and kept me informed. She was extremely patient with me, but again I've been dealing with these recalls. Once she informed me that the air conditioning was still not working even after Ford put in the recalls I knew it needed to get fixed. She accommodated me and gave me a price to fix the problem. THANK YOU Crystal for all your help!! Thank you taking care of my expedition while I was away for a little R&R. You're the BEST!!!
