After the technician had used my OBD2 port multiple times, it failed and cost me $360 to replace. Ok parts fail, I get it, then when I get there it is connected to the truck via the cables but lying on the floor mat. The final thing was it looked like the technician was rolling around in grease and oil as my seat was covered in it.
