Joseph was great and he was not my issue at all. The issue is I called to ask about an oil change appt and was told on the phone if I wanted to come in at 1:00 pm that same day. Which was great and I did. After one hour and 25 minutes waiting i decided to go sit outside. I noticed my car in same exact spot in the line i dropped it off in when I arrived. When I asked about why my car hasn’t moved I was told the staff is just not returning from their lunch break.
Then why on earth did you book me at 1:00 if that’s all of the staffs lunch break. Makes no
Sense and not cool at all. Basically for one oil change. I was there over 2.5 hours

The advisor told me the cost of oil change service was 119.99. I was up-charged for the total of 155.40 without him notifying me. I asked why I had to pay extra at the time of payment/pickup and he said the oil used for my hybrid Corsair is more expensive. I hope I would be notified in the future if there’s any change to the service
