Lot of reasons. I saved gas, miles and having to wait, good possible that I had leave the car at the dealer. My original appointment was at 10:30 two weeks ago for an oil change and tire rotation. This was made through the “quick” check in and was told it would be done by 4:00. 5 1/2 hours to do that service?! Not knowing it would take that long I took off without the service. So I got home checked my schedule and made an appointment once again for last Monday the 14th at 10:20. The service writer told me it would be done by 1:30 / 2:00 I said great and my wife and I left. We came back at 1:30 and the truck was under the canopy, thinking oh nice it’s done , pay and be in my way. Nope! It was never even taken back? Like wth? Three hours of nothing! I obviously was pissed and left. Got home and received a call saying “ we’ll pick up your car at 9am rush the service and bring it back to you “ I once again begrudgingly said ok but on the understanding which I said a few times that I can’t wait all day to have this done. He promised 9am sharp and of course I received a call at 930 / 940 that if I still wanted the service they would be on their way. Still want the service? Really? She asked if you want to set up an appointment give us a call, didn’t I try that three times? What a joke! Over the years I’ve spent quite a bit of money there and the service is this bad now? All I needed was a oil change and tire rotation.

You really need to give Crystal Lopez a pay grade raise, very professional and respectful to her job and customers, finding loyal people is tough she's got your ticket. Pay raise Crystal Lopez

awesome work, on the valets service. someone like me. don’t have time to drop off my vehicle to the dealer, due too a lot of hours of work.

I enjoy going to Cerritos auto square norm reeves superstore,in the service dept i check in with Rafael Gonzalez mora he has a great attitude and is very friendly and always willing to help us anyway, he can that makes me feel really good about taking my car and have it serviced at the ford dealership in Cerritos thanks again.Enrique M
