Richard did not explain that when they took my car in for airbag light that if is not covered under my added warranty that I would pay a diagnostic fee and that if I wanted that when I purchased the battery that that fee I paid would go towards the payment of the battery. He also did not contact me to tell me my car was ready for pick up. Not until I went to pick up my car and spoke to a woman who was taking care of Richard's customers who was very rude to me then I asked to speak to the manger Mr. Millan who was kind and helpful then I brought back my car for the new battery. This all could have been avoided. I know we all have bad days but we have to leave that at home when we come to work so that we can do our best job. My hope that no one is disciplined and that they just learned for the next customer. Thank you again Mr. Milllan .

my car got broken into and some items were stolen from my car, while in the possession of Ford Norm, Reeves while they were providing service to my car. I told my norm reeves Cerritos representative. I was also told that I would be contacted by a manager, but never was.
