I scheduled an appointment to get my car serviced for 1/26 at 11:30 AM. On 1/24 I received a phone call to confirm my appointment. On 1/25 I received an additional phone call stating that the time I booked my appointment for was no longer available and I would need to bring it at a later time. I was informed that I was not able to drop my car off prior to my appointment and could only bring it during my the scheduled time. As a customer I understand that sometimes things come up and times need to change however I feel that I should have been able to leave my car earlier in the day since my previous appointment had already been confirmed.
When arriving at the dealer I was greeted by Crystal Rivera and treated with excellent customer service. She was able to have my car ready prior to the end of the day. I look forward to working with Crystal again however hope that if the confirmed time is cancelled in the future the dealer can accommodate drop off times so it does not interfere with my work schedule again.

Beside the other lady and gentleman I spoke too last week I must say Rafael took all initiative answering all my questions about my car SUV issues. He excelled on all team service Dept rep I spoke to and in general FORD CERRITOS staff were very calming, courteous and helpful. MIDAS PepBoys helped me coz closer to home Anheim Hills Area but since College years I always go back get Norm Reeves Ford Cerritos honest staff opinion. Most recent service advisor was Mr Rafael Gonzales-Moran and I am thankful for all his service advice and the mechanic assigned to me thank you thank you for all your assistance!!
