The service technician when changing the oil and filter, did not wipe down the drain tray under the oil filter or the old oil that flowed from pan drain onto the sway bar. I now have two oil stains on my drive way, 3-4 inches across that I will have to clean. On previous oil changes at your facility the technician wipes all the drips up.
