I called to make sure I could bring my car for maintenance without an appointment, I was told over the phone that it shouldn’t be any problem. When I arrived to the dealership, I was informed that I couldn’t do a walk in because you were under staffed. Obviously I was upset because I had to leave work to drop off my car, so I asked to speak to a manager which came to talk to me 15 minutes later and she said if I didn’t mind dropping off the car I could leave it there which I didn’t have a problem with that. She told me she would take me within 5/10 minutes in reality it was over 1/2 an hour and I didn’t see her again until Rudy came over to assist. Rudy was very helpful and checked me in right away.
