Service advisor Rudy and the Ford auto techs completed a difficult job of restoring my 20 year-old Ford Taurus back to reliable driving condition. Discontinued parts were a challenge overcome by the parts people. I'm enjoying the drive again. It starts, idles, and drives great.

Mike was very excellent service so I was happy about his service but they said it will be 2-3 hours for wait but I was waiting more than 3 hours (3 and half). And I bought this car only 2 years ago but I need to fix something already every time when I take my car to the maintenance so I have to pay more than 125 and plus every time. I’m having a little stress about it.

I did not have any service performed on my vehicle. I’m not very impressed with your recordkeeping. If you can’t keep track of the vehicles that you perform service on, how can I be confident that the correct service would be performed if I did bring my vehicle in?

Not only he fixed the latest recall which we received letter last week, Richard also took care the other recalls from last year, the ones that were put on hold by your own service department.
