When I call to make the appointment for my oil changecomma? I was told there were 2 recalls on my car and I was asked if I wanted those to be fixed that day as well. I said YES. I just looked at my invoice and none of the recall work was completed. I now have to make arrangements again to be without my car for another day. Not real happy with your team right now.

Eduardo is professional, knowledgeable and kind. I did not have an appointment and it was a Saturday. My car had an inch of water in the passenger foot well. We were looking at rain for the next three days. He arranged for a mechanic to vacuum it out and park it in a bay for the weekend. Also called for a Lyft to take me home and pick me up when the car was finished. I really appreciate how well I was treated.

Rudy went over and beyond to help me out. The system did not let me know my car was ready until 15 minutes after I called for an update.
