I was happy with my service advisor Eduardo. He inform my step by step on the process. But I wasn’t happy with the outcome that Ford wasn’t able to fix my issue which was the factory defective.

Your system seems flawed especially because your advisor don't seem to know about your vehicles and there isn't any transparency on your estimations. My advisor I would never work with again and I would travel further if came to using your services. Your advisor is rude and unable to satisfactorily explain procedures or know parts nor did she try to get help it was like being strong armed. I believe I was overcharged for Labor and parts.
