The kid was not respectful of the inside of my vehicle, scratches on the glove box for one thing. I was told it was good be 30-45 minutes to swap out the unit in the trunk, it took to hours and he took apart the inside of my Mustang including the rear seat and console. What a joke that was

My overall experience with Ford has been incredibly disappointing. I find myself in possession of a vehicle that I lack confidence in. Regarding the service department, I endured a week without any communication and was deprived of my vehicle for nine consecutive days. Upon finally reaching out, I was made to feel as though I had neglected to retrieve my vehicle. Both upper management and the service department failed to substantiate the information I was provided, claiming no records of our discussions existed. Furthermore, it took intervention from corporate to prompt any response, let alone an apology or resolution. No accountability has been taken, no apologies extended, and no effort made to rectify the situation or address the concerns I raised initially.
