Not satisfied at all. We’ve purchased our F250, Expedition from Norm Reeves and have never been treated in this manner. In the past we’ve taken our vehicles for service and always had a courtesy wash. This time, they give me the car and then he asked, “would you like your car washed?” Really? It should have been washed before you gave me my car. Have respect and courtesy. And the receptionist…she needs to be written up. She is the first voice customers encounter…have some class.

Rudy was great! He had a great attitude & very friendly. I was disappointed on how long it took for my car to be done. I only came in for an oil change. Rudy said it was going to be about two an half hrs but took four hrs. I had to go outside so Rudy would see me to get an update. I had to ask him if my car was ready. It would have been nice if Rudy gave me an update on the status of my car, but he didn’t. He also said my car was going to be washed, but I don’t think it was. Again, Rudy was nice, but I’m all about communication. If he would’ve just updated me after two hrs letting me know that it was going to be longer than I would have understood but I felt forgotten about. Thanks for letting me give my feedback.
