Service Advisor was outstanding but the length of days required to service my vehicle has been unacceptable. It’s a huge inconvenience when your vehicle is held for multiple days over a service that should take no more than a couple hours to complete. I don’t understand how appointments benefit us if there is not enough technicians to service the intake of vehicles in a timely manner. In early March my appointment was for Friday morning for the works package and to check on a cracked door stop in one of my doors. I didn’t get the vehicle back until 4 days later and the part was not in stock! I had to bring the vehicle back to install the door stop (30 minute job?) and was again without my vehicle for another 3 days. Unacceptable.
