I did the over night drop I called at 11 am for to verify receipt after I got the text that I missed my drop off…they had no idea where my car was etc. then after a day they gave me an estimate via text but when it was written out it was wrong claiming a glitch in the system . Time time it too to pull my car around also was not fast. And in the past drop off had been slow and long as well. Not sure I’ll visit this facility again if I can help it
