Francisco is the one who helped me get my car after hours! My son’s carseat is in the car and jacqueline called me saying it will be done and delivered the next day. In 10/2021 I had the front axel replaced and paid over $2,500 to repair. Yesterday I took my car for oil change and they had stated I need a new front axle. Even though it’s just a little over two years they will not honor the work that they did in 2021. Terrible terrible. Terrible. We are loyal ford customers but I will never take my explorer to a ford dealer again!! Very very upset!!
