Edwardo Milan is the best service tech I have had the pleasure of dealing with in 19 years I've owned Ford vehicles. He is the nicest service person I've ever dealt with. He kept me updated as to the status of my vehicle at every turn and showed and unseen level of care, compassion and understanding. One of the best service techs on your staff.
