Your technician was very profesional, on time. He explained was he was going to do and how long it was going to take. Great overall. 30 min before the appointment I got a phone call grom your office to reschedule it. The lady in the phone said that the request had been made to the 12th. i said I was going to call back and check my calendar. Big confusion. Mixed files? I don't know what happened. But I got home and your tech was already there and did the job.

The service and the person we dealt with was the worse ! We dropped our car off Jan 29th with an appointment and had to wait while 2 of your guys were chatting and others were in the office ‘ we were told that you had over 100 appointments. This is not my problem! We were told that it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before we would get an update ! On Thursday we received a text of the work that needed to be done . My husband spoke to Richard and approved the work. He was told by Richard that the car would be done on Thursday or Friday! Again we heard nothing !!! I called on Saturday and sent a text and again no response back ! On Monday my husband called on Monday left a message and received a call From Edwardo apologizing and telling him that Richard and the mechanic both called in! Still no word till Wednesday. Finally on Wednesday I received a text that the car was ready! When we came Richard could not find the paperwork! I spoke to Richard how the radio silence was unprofessional and unacceptable! I would have gotten a rental is I knew that this would take 9 days! Never once did he apologize, he made excuses and claimed that he told My husband the car would be done Monday, which is not what he said !!!! I would like to speak to anyone but Richard since I am still angry !
