Oscar provided me with information about the job to be done and explained the reason the work was needed. I came in for a Ford recall item an upgrade to the computer system. I was told that I didn't need it if the check engine light was not on by another dealer BP Ford. I knew that I needed the work done in order to register my vehicle later on. Oscar was able to explain fully why the service was necessary and why Ford was upgrading the electronics for free. Job well done by Oscar as I felt welcome and educated on the repair I will come back to Cerritos Ford for my truck service

I have been going to this ford for 4 years and was ignored about smoke coming from my exhaust which led to engine light coming on. Eduardo was the only person I’ve had that actually listened to me and didn’t make me feel crazy. He let me send the videos I have of the smoke and showed the tech, it was happening for over a year and all my visits I was told it was “normal “ which I’m still not happy with because it lead to me paying over $400 on a problem that could have been avoided. Ford had my car for a total of 9 days and Eduardo kept me updated the whole time and put me in a rental. He honestly saved the dealer from losing a customer.
