I made an unexpected visit to Norm Reeves Ford after discovering a pop up message on my dash saying I only had 5% oil left. I immediately called the service dept. and was given an appointment an hour later. After checking my service records Eduardo Millan, my service rep, informed me I also needed a 20,000 mile checkup and took care of everything. He was informative, explained everything and I trusted his judgement. Just wish Norm Reeves would turn up the heat in the service waiting area as its always freezing in there.

The repairs were done and I am happy with the results. I am not happy about personnel changing the air pressure in my tires. I am pissed off and completely livid. Why do I have to say to anyone to leave my tires alone. I didn’t come in to have the air pressure changed in my tires! I don’t know if I will ever come back to have work done!

My unsatisfactory experience was summarized in a lengthy email to Keavon Jurgen. The missteps occurred with 4 service advisors involved. The director attempted to overcome the bad service, but further negative experiences occurred. My summary was emailed online Feb 28 and acknowledged by Donnie on Mar 1. As of today Mar 3, I have not heard from Keavon or anyone else that would speak to my experiences.
