John answered my phone call early in the day stating the team would gladly accommodate my vehicle getting a last minute oil change+tire rotation. Upon showing up 30 minutes before the time cut off for the day, John was busy checking two other cars in but made it a point to acknowledge me(which I am a service advisor as well) so this was meaningful to have the guest feel acknowledged. He got my information and checked my vehicle in and only took about a hour, so for my first time visiting this Shop I was very pleased, no need to improve on anything!

I like John very much, he's very personable, but the waiting area is deeply uncomfortable and the cashier is never particularly pleasant. Additionally, I do not like that I can't use a credit card without being charged a service fee - that should be absorbed by the business as a cost of doing business. And then when I paid with cash, the cashier held it up to the light to make sure it was real. Why make paying for a standard service so insulting?
