Tom Spencer is the Man! He listened to my concerns. Kept me updated, and went to bat for me getting my warranty parts covered. If I were having another kid, I'd name him Tom Spencer! And asset to Bob Thomas Ford.

Tom explained the problem to us and what was required to repair the issue. Tom worked with our extended warranty company to get payment for the repairs. Tom kept us informed of the progress and returned our car to us earlier then expected, which helped us keep our plans to use the car for vacation. I was very happy up until I got on the highway and driving back home (2 hours away) and I heard a loud noise under my car that was not there when I brought it in. Not sure what was wrong, I pulled in to a Ford dealership in Galesburg, Mi and explained the situation that I had just left the dealership in Fort Wayne and now my car is making a terrible noise. They looked at it and said that the “clips” or screws on a part that protected something else were missing and it was flapping in the wind on the highway causing the noise. They fixed it and that error cost me $50.00. Wasn’t happy about that!
