Bob Thomas Ford had been great to deal with.
Tom and the service group have been excellent and have communicated throughout the entire process of fixing my vehicle.
They want above and beyond when dealing with the warranty company and helped make sure I got my vehicle back in a timely manner.

I was not notified that the car needed to replace some parts to get the aligment done correctly. But they did it any way with out letting me know. Thats not all when I was talking to a young cashier which she was nice explained what they did or was done . But there was another cashier telling her that she does not need to tell me anything to me about what was done or if it needed something to be replace. I was not happy with that comment.

The noise problem wasn't found and still exists. They found two modules that caused check engine light to come on. However, the truck was running fine without those corrected so I had a charge that may not have been needed. And still have problem with noise they could hear but not how to eliminate. Ken W

We understand that Alex is new to the company. He could have suggested to replace our hydraulic assist cylinders in the liftgate area while they were replacing the liftgate motor. That way, everything is fresh and new at the same time.
Otherwise, he was curious and listened carefully at drop off time.
