I told Tom that there was a rattle & wind noise coming from the left front door. It is still there and very noticeable.

My complaint against Bob Thomas Ford….you charge folks for using a credit card - credit cards are the norm - I’m sure your company can absorb the fees and create goodwill with your customers. Staff is great - but you jeopardize positive feedback by charging fees that most businesses take care of.
