nice the car is pulled onto the lift 1 hour to do service is to long also your signs say the works oil change starts at 71$ the only extra i had was 1 extra qt oil total 96$ cashiers said they just raised labor rate Suprize !

The checklist completed by John C. Indicated everything was good shape. Brake pads were checkmarked @ 6mm excellent condition, however Service writer came up to me and indicated only 1-2 mm and asked if I wanted them replaced. I declined & I was not shown pads, additionally the tires were already back on vehicle. That also confused & made me a little upset and at the same time worried. I will get a second opinion, but also figured you should be informed of this event.
