I was expecting a car wash with my service. It was never mentioned but typically when you come in for a regular service appointment they include a car was, especially on a brand new (dirty) car.
All other aspects of the service was good. A bit confusing having all the service guys tiny offices right off the drive way, hard to find some one to talk to when we first got there. But not the end of the world.
