I recently bought my 2015 Honda Civic. This is my first Honda by the way. Well my Honda was due for a maintenance check. So I scheduled an appointment (via Honda Link App) to have my car check. I noticed that the Nelson Honda dealer offered a car wash perk. Therefore, I selected it thus, the fact Honda of Downtown LA was much closer and did no offer that perk. Upon my arrival I was informed that the car wash perk was not in effect. I got upset for 2 reasons. First, I purposely did not wash my car thinking I was going to get it done at the dealer. Second, if the car wash perk was not in effect why would they have it listed in the Honda Link App?! I drove a couple extra miles to have my car wash.

Usually after a service gets done,the employee would go over the report with me. They would tell me how my brakes and tires are doing, amongst other things. This time I was just given the paper and left alone. I had to go ask and find out what the tire readings meant. This is just one employee though. He was nice just wish a bit more informative. I would have done the oil change myself but I brought it so I can get an overview of how my fluids, battery and tires were doing. But the job got done so I guess that's what matters. The job was quicker than I thought.
