Customer service was great, thank you. Disappointed car wasn't washed I was under the impression service included a complimentary car wash. Other than that very satisfied with all the follow up as well.

I really appreciate the service provided by Andy. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He is the standard of what customer service is all about. I would come back again because of Andy. However, one thing I want mention is that the service member who was servicing my vehicle had left the center compartment all greasy and had a couple of old loose screws leaving on the passenger seat. The carelessness from the service member does raise safety concerns. I do hope that Nelson Honda could address that.
