My car received a B1 service at a full price of 129. However, there was a special for that service and was not told of it. Other dealerships are aware of their own coupons and offfer them to their customers automatically. This is disappointing because I really wanted to make your service station my primary station.

The service advisor did not show me all the details of the service at the beginning. He said I have to do the 30,000 mile major check. I just wanted to do oil change because I am low in cash right now. After listening to him, I agreed to do the 30,000 mile major check anyways. I am regret of my dicission. I want to do the maintianance to protect my car, but I was not mean to do it now because of my income. Service advisors are suppose to give options to customers. They should not try to persuade to do more services.
