Juan Montes treated me with courtesy, he explained very well the reasons why some parts of the car needed repair, and the price/ charge is I think is fair. He is an excellent employee. The staff is nice too. I will definitely recommend Nelson Honda, very reliable and can be trusted.

The glove compartment latch problem is not fixed. This was the second time I took in my car for this problem( I can't open the glove compartment). You might open it this time, but I'm sure it will happen again soon.
