Adrian was excellent. . On a different note, you should have someone monitor the cars when they arrive. I got in the appropriate lane for appointments only and waited 15 minutes and the guy behind me then went to a different lane and got out of his car and was helped. Are we suppose to get out of our car to find someone for help or wait in the car and wait our turn? I honestly get tired of people cutting and trying to get ahead of others. Also a salesman noticed I hadn't been helped and he asked me to move in a different lane. He took my vin number and said he would get someone to help me. He came back 10 min later and asked if someone helped me yet and I said no. Then a few minutes later Adrian came to help. Adrian was very nice.
