I am unsatisfied with the car loan. The car they loan me is dirty and unsanitary. Trash and stains are all over the seat and bad odor. I have to cover drapes over the seat. I have requested for the different car but Kenneth Okimotto said that I have to wait for 2 days. I have no choice because I have to take my son to school right after.

Jen is a great representative of Honda. I felt that Ken really paid attention to my service, I got several things done to my car, Ken wasn't sure if my transmission needed to be done so we talked about it and he gave me time to call the other Honda dealers I've taken my car to in order to check. He was just really calming and I felt comfortable with him giving me advice about my car. I met Ken for the first time yesterday and I feel like I would prefer to take my car back here next bc I liked Ken so much and I think my car got a good service.
