I'm unsatisfied, this person Adrian kim had a really bad attitude and he's a liar... when i arrived he told me that my car was going to be ready in an hour after 1:30 i went back to asked him how much time i had to wait... and he made me a ugly face and responded really rude, after waiting for almost two hours my car was ready but adrian never told me that they put used parts to my car when every part in it was new, what a really bad experience in el monte honda.
