Overall, I am very unsatisfied with all four of my visits at Honda Service. I had visited the service center four times trying to resolve the same issue, three times alone during thanksgiving weekend. Not only was my issue not resolved, it got worse when the representative tried to fixed my car. Not only that, the representative kept on trying to push back the car problem to me, telling me to go somewhere else to fix the car. It felt like he did not want to help. I have another appointment scheduled tomorrow with the same representative due to unknown reason.
